Why eucalyptus lyocell is
in a category of its own
Not all lyocell is equal. The term describes a production process, not a raw material. Eucalyptus lyocell uses wood pulp from sustainably farmed trees, yielding a longer, smoother fibre than other lyocell sources, including Tencel blends.
The result is naturally temperature regulating and moisture wicking. Not because of surface treatments, but because of the physical structure of the fibre. The properties do not wash out. They improve.
Hollow eucalyptus fibres conduct heat away from the body. Structural, not a chemical treatment that degrades with use.
Moisture is drawn away from the body and dispersed through the fabric. Ideal for night sweats and hot sleepers year-round.
The fibres relax and soften over time. The opposite of cotton, which roughens with use.
FSC-certified eucalyptus source. 99% of production solvents recovered and reused. No blends, no synthetics.
